Freedom Photonics

During the summers of 2021 and 2022, I worked at Freedom Photonics, a company specializing in lasers, photodiodes, and other high-performance photonic components. In 2021, I worked as a photodiode intern, testing dark current readings of photodiode wafers to help diagnose manufacturing problems and aid photodiode design. In 2022, I worked as a laser intern, testing DFB laser wavelength, stress response, and power while developing a computer program to streamline the analysis of laser wavelength drift under stress.
